About
Santa Dave has wanted to be Santa for as long as he can rememeber
In 2023, his natural beard was finally turning grey—so he answered the call.
His dream? To retire on a Christmas tree farm and spread Christmas cheer year-round.
Until then, CT Santa brings magic and warmth to families and communities across the Northeast - and beyond.

Who is Santa Dave?
Santa Dave didn’t go the traditional Santa school route—he created his own. His training came from Santa Dan, the Seattle Santa, whose mentorship helped shape Dave’s approach with laughter, patience, and professional polish.

With a background in school and community theater, Santa Dave brings holiday magic to life through warmth, story, and a presence that feels like a hug in velvet and fur.

He’s learning ASL, speaks basic Spanish, and works hard to make sure every child feels seen and welcomed—whether they’re visiting for the first time or running up shouting his name.

Behind the scenes (and sometimes in front of the camera), Dave is joined by Courtney the Elf, his not-quite-Mrs.-Claus partner, who insists she’s still too young to take on the title.

And of course, no visit would be complete without Mando, the big-hearted pup who often accompanies Santa and has a magical way of stealing the spotlight—and everyone’s hearts.

Why Santa?
Santa is more than a character—it’s a promise.
A promise to show up, bring joy, and make people feel seen.
From charity visits and community events to private photo sessions and family traditions, Santa Dave believes the magic should be for everyone.
Whether it’s a hometown fundraiser, a dog rescue, or a holiday open house, CT Santa is committed to making the season feel a little warmer—one sleigh stop at a time.
No family should feel like holiday magic is out of reach. CT Santa works with every type of budget and event—because the joy of the season comes first.
